I have been a customer of Horizon for a good few months now. The haulage team are always very polite and helpful, they get the job done and if things go wrong they fix it as at times things can happen out of their control. I was very pleased to get a very nice phone call from a lovely lady called Louise from their customer service department, a newbie to Horizon asking is everything going right and was there anything she could do. This is what all haulage companies need: an exceptional person who cares enough to give a courtesy call and just ask how you are doing. Well done Horizon and thank you always for your help....I really appreciated it.
