Horizon Distribution is a proven business offering a vast range of Transport and comprehensive Warehousing solutions. We are part of the Pall-Ex Pallet Network which allows us to collect and deliver consignments across the UK and Europe too! This allows us to offer an unparalleled pallet distribution service to all our valued customers.
In 2016 we joined the EFS Global group to help our efforts and stick to our ethos of providing a first-class service ensuring the customers’ needs and requirements are met, after all the EFS Global motto is ‘Where the customer comes first!’.
Over the years we have grown in size and overall service offerings – we now can offer dedicated, and groupage loads, to and from your customers’ doors and refrigerated transport throughout the UK. A service that we are proud to say is bolstered by our BRC certification.
In 2017 we moved our depot to its current site in Widnes, a much larger premises enabling us to offer warehousing and storage solutions to current and prospective customers that are second to none.
Our ever-renewing fleet ensures we have the most efficient vehicles on the market leaving us with no limitations on service locations as well as being as eco-friendly as possible in line with the group’s ‘Go Green’ efforts.

Palletised Distribution
Horizon Distribution is a shareholder member of the Pall-Ex Pallet Network, which enables us to provide a seamless distribution service across the UK and parts of Europe.
Our Online Portal allows our customers to have a sophisticated live consignment tracking system, to view every step of the way, matched with our top-of-the-range vehicle tracking system to get a real-time location on your goods providing accurate ETA’s. Customers can also have live access to the proof of deliveries as and when their goods are delivered.
We offer a range of collection and delivery services throughout the UK and Europe including Next Day, Economy, Timed and Saturday Deliveries to name a few.
Warehouse & Storage
At Horizon Distribution we offer a secure and flexible solution to store your pallets and or general goods. We offer a range of fulfilment services including goods in, warehouse storage, contract packing, container unloading and onward distribution.
Offering these services gives our customers a more bespoke package for both Storage and Transport. Our Goods in and Contract Packing services create space at the customer’s premises allowing them to work more efficiently and store other goods on-site, but it also allows for a more seamless load-and-go operation as everything is done in-house by our highly skilled team. The storage, packing of orders and onward distribution is much simpler and easier when managed and carried out by our team!
Our container unloading service allows for a larger range of customers, for those that import their goods from overseas, of which our other EFS Global depots can carry out a vast range of customs clearance services to complement our offering.
Refrigerated Transport
Our Refrigerated Transport service allows us to provide a high-quality, temperature-controlled and sensitive distribution solution to a wide range of customers. Our proudly owned BRC certification proves we provide the highest quality of service allowing us to offer a food delivery service including multi-drop consignments.
